Ingredients:
- 2 oz. dried sardines
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp mirin
- 2 tsps white sesame seeds
Preparation:
Put the dried sardines in a skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes on medium-low heat. Set aside. Put sugar, soysauce, and mirin in a skillet and put on medium heat. When it's thickened, add dried sardines. Stop the heat and stir well. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Spread it on a tray to cool.Makes 4 servings
