Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soysauce
  • 3 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp grated garlic

Preparation:

Grind sesame seeds. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
